Nie jest to opcjonalne, ale szkolenie obowiązkowe dla Team India przed trzecim testem IND vs NZ

Indyjska drużyna krykieta ma dwudniową przerwę przed rozpoczęciem treningów przed testem w Bombaju

The India Cricket Team won’t be having an optional training session. In fact, all the players have been asked to join compulsory training before the IND vs NZ 3rd Test match in Mumbai. After the series loss, Indian players now get a two-day break to recover before taking the field again.

India lost the series at home after 12 years. The Kiwis were far superior both in the Bengaluru and Pune Tests, raising major concerns for India before the Border Gavaskar Trophy. But ahead of the IND vs AUS Test series, India has their last stab at the Kiwis.

Team Management go tough on Players after series Loss

All the players now will have to attend compulsory training two days before the Mumbai Test. “The team management has asked the players to be present for two days of practice on October 30 and 31. It’s compulsory and no one can skip it,” a source told The Indian Express.

Previously, training was optional for players just a day prior to the start of a Test match so that the players could remain fresh. But after the shocking and humiliating series loss, that won’t be the case. Senior players often avoided training or opted for light training before the start of a game.

The IND vs NZ 3rd Test in Mumbai in extremely crucial for India. A win will not only keep India at the top of WTC Standings, but also give a much needed momentum before the Perth Test match. As far as the Indian cricket team is concerned, Rohit Sharma, KL Rahul, and Virat Kohli have traveled back to Mumbai to be with their families, while the rest of the team will travel back on Monday.
