Ahead of the IPL mega auction, all ten teams have already submitted the list of their retained players as they will look to increase their strength in the upcoming IPL mega auction 2025. The duo of Jos Buttler and Jake Fraser-McGurk have been given the opening role. Both of them have the ability to utilize the field restrictions, as they also performed quite well with the bat in the last concluded edition of the IPL. Apart from his batting, Buttler can also keep the wickets.
