The IPL 2025 mega auction is set to be conducted at the Saudi Arabian port city of Jeddah on November 24 and 25. The IPL 2025 auction was first scheduled to be conducted in Riyadh. However, due to some changes, the IPL mega auction 2025 will now be conducted at the Abady Al Johar Arena in Jeddah.

In an email sent to the stake holders, the IPL 2025 mega auction date and venue has been confirmed. “The venue for the auction will be Abady Al Johar Arena (also known as Benchmark Arena) and the accommodation will be at the Hotel Shangri-la which is at a distance of 10 minutes from the auction venue. Our operations team will be in touch for the visa and logistics requirements,” the email reads as per India Today.
On November 5 (Tuesday), BCCI confirmed that as many as 1,574 players have been signed up for the two-day event. Scheduled to take place in Jeddah on November 24 and 25, the IPL 2025 mega auction will have 1,165 Indian players and 409 overseas players, all trying to get a spot in one of the IPL franchises.
